Also use this skill when the user explicitly asks "are my Sumsub skills up to date / current", "is there a newer version of the Sumsub skills", or similar. Skip the actual update (the user runs `npx skills add sumsub/agent-skills --all` themselves) and skip any other Sumsub API or entity task — those have their own skills.
